Home Services Galleries Prices FAQ Contact Us

We understand that some people may be nervous of having their photos taken or committing to a sitting in case the results are unsatisfactory or expensive. We want to do everything we can to minimise these stresses and give you as much information as possible about our service before you book.

Please read below for some of the questions that people have asked us in the past and of course our answers:

What does the £95 sitting price include?

Our standard price for a family mobile portrait shoot is £95 which includes 3 prints up to 10" x 8" size. You can choose between black and white or colour, formal or informal, or even a montage of multiple images blended into one large picture. We are very flexible if you require a different combination of sizes so please ask.

Where are the photos taken?

Photos can be taken in your own home where you, your children, family, friends and pets feel most comfortable and will be at their ease. We can also take your pictures at your favourite location outside the home.

How much space is required?

Obviously the more space the better. For groups of 4-5 people then a minimum of 4m x 3m clear space would be best

Do you charge for travel?

Not within 20 miles of Sandhurst, Berkshire. Further than this we would just look to cover costs

Do I need to pay in advance?

A 50% deposit for the sitting cost is required in advance. This is refundable up to 2 weeks from the booking date if you were to cancel.

How long will a sitting take?

Around an hour depending on number of people in the group. Plus 20 minutes for setting up.

How quickly will I be able to view my pictures on the Berkshire Photos website?

They will be available within 1-4 days (depending on the day of the week that they are taken)

How quickly will I get my prints?

Within 7-10 days of placing your order

Can my photos be retouched?

We can provide a full retouching service and will be happy to discuss your individual requirements.

Will the pictures fade over time?

All our prints are printed on Kodak Royal Digital Paper, which is designed to produce clearer, sharper and long lasting digital pictures. An alternative to this will be used if a matt finish is required.
